Meeting Registration

Please complete the form below including your shirt size (small, medium, large, extra-large, 2XL, 3XL, etc.) and arrival and departure dates for each person that will attend the meeting. After submitting this form, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm your registration. If you are bringing a spouse with you, please notify us at info@fs-elliott.com so we may include them in dinner arrangements. 

Hotel Reservations

To receive the group room rate, please use this link by September 7, to make your hotel reservations. We suggest making your reservation as soon as possible due to the hotel expecting heavy bookings the week of our meeting.
