FS-Elliott Engineers Earn 2026 Engineering Leaders Under 40 Recognition

EXPORT, PA, September 14, 2026 - FS-Elliott, a global leader in the engineering and manufacturing of oil-free centrifugal compressors, today announced that three of its employees have been named to Plant Engineering and Control Engineering’s 2026 Engineering Leaders Under 40 class.

The FS-Elliott honorees are:

  • David Miller, Product Manager, Industrial Products
  • Adam Tokarski, Lead Engineer – New Product Development
  • Dean Wadley, Controls Engineer

The annual Engineering Leaders Under 40 program recognizes professionals under 40 who make significant contributions to their organizations' success and advance the plant and control engineering professions. The 2026 class includes 35 professionals representing a range of engineering disciplines and industries.

Miller was recognized for delivering complex, customer-focused compressed-air solutions and leading collaboration across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and customer teams. In his current role, he helps guide commercial strategy and engineering direction for FS-Elliott’s industrial compressor portfolio while supporting technical training and knowledge development.

Tokarski was recognized for his technical leadership in new product development and his expertise in rotor dynamics and bearing design. His work leading multidisciplinary engineering efforts, mentoring developing talent, and advancing new compressor technologies has contributed to FS-Elliott’s continued product innovation.

Wadley was recognized for his contributions to controls engineering and his work supporting the development of compressor control technologies. His technical capabilities and collaborative approach help FS-Elliott deliver reliable, high-performance solutions for demanding industrial applications.

Together, the honorees represent three areas central to FS-Elliott’s continued success: product leadership, new product development, and advanced compressor controls. Their recognition also reflects the strength of the company’s broader engineering organization and its commitment to developing the technical talent that will help shape the future of FS-Elliott and the industries it serves.
